LEAD Upstate launches “Stay with Me” Mental Health and Wellness initiative for Greenville County Law Enforcement
April 29, 2026LEAD Upstate, the organization behind Greenville County’s annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, is proud to announce the launch of a new year-round initiative: the “Stay with Me” Mental Health and Wellness Program. The program extends LEAD’s mission beyond the annual September event and provides ongoing, confidential mental health and wellness resources to law enforcement officers and their families serving Greenville County.
The Stay with Me Wellness Fund is sponsored and managed by LEAD Upstate and administered in coordination with Upstate Warrior Solution. Eligible supports include individual counseling sessions, wellness and resilience training, family-based activities designed to strengthen communication and connection, and other wellness resources as needs arise. All services are provided at no cost to officers and are handled with complete confidentiality.
Officers working in Greenville County can access the program discreetly by completing a confidential enrollment form, by emailing Upstate Warrior Solution’s Keith Dorman at [email protected], or by inquiring with their agency’s command staff. Officers are asked to note “LEAD Police Referral” in the interest field when completing the form. Personal information and participation are kept strictly confidential throughout the process.
“Law enforcement officers give everything to protect our community, and we want them to know that this community has their back every single day — not just one day in September,” said Seabrook Marchant, founder of LEAD Upstate. “The Stay with Me program is our commitment to the whole officer — their health, their resilience, and their family. We want every officer to feel safe reaching out, knowing their privacy is fully protected.”
The Stay with Me program is made possible through the generous support of its sponsors. Two sponsorship opportunities are available at $15,000 each. LEAD Upstate is pleased to recognize CPI Security as an inaugural sponsor of this initiative. CPI Security has been a dedicated supporter of LEAD Upstate for several years, and their commitment to this new program reflects a shared belief that caring for law enforcement means caring for the whole officer — on and off the job. One sponsorship opportunity remains available for organizations wishing to invest in the mental health and wellness of Greenville County’s law enforcement community.
