Colliers | South Carolina announced the commercial real estate firm’s brokerage awards for 2025, presented at the company’s annual Awards Celebration held at the Columbia Sailing Club on April 23, 2026.
The leading brokerage producer for Colliers in South Carolina was Chuck Salley, SIOR, who earned the 2025 Walter M. Keenan Award, named after the firm’s former chairman. Salley is a Managing Director in the firm’s Columbia office and specializes in industrial brokerage.
Salley joined Colliers | South Carolina in 1981 (then known as The Keenan Company and later Colliers Keenan) and has completed more than 1,500 transactions in his career, including deals with many national and international companies, significantly helping grow Columbia’s industrial real estate market. In 2025, his team closed 2.5 million square feet of industrial real estate transactions with a transactional volume of $249 million.
This is Salley’s eighth time being recognized with this award. Additionally, he has also been named to the Colliers Everest Club for the tenth year as part of the top 10% of revenue producers across all Colliers offices in the U.S.
