Economic Development to host “Borrowing for Small Businesses” workshop

Berkeley County Economic Development will host a free, virtual workshop to help small business owners understand financing options to support their needs.

The workshop, Borrowing for Small Businesses, will be held Thursday, May 7, at noon via Microsoft Teams. Small business owners interested in learning how the lending process works are encouraged to register HERE.

• How to select the right type of financing
• What lenders look for
• The borrowing process
• How to create your business borrowing profile
• Next steps after a financing decision
