The Landings of Georgetown is hosting a free educational workshop on how to avoid being scammed by fraudsters on Thursday, May 7 at 2:00 pm.
This informative workshop will educate participants on recognizing the danger signs of being scammed. In today’s society, many seniors become prey because of their vulnerability. Led by Annemarie LaFemina, will discuss the most common scams used to target seniors as well as share what safeguards should be put in place to protect individuals from becoming the next victim.
