Georgetown Mayor to host public forum following Helsinki visit

The City of Georgetown has announced a public forum featuring Mayor Jay Doyle, who recently returned from a trip to Helsinki, Finland. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, at 5:30 pm at the Winyah Auditorium and will focus on the insights gained during the Mayor’s travels and their implications for the city’s economic future. 
The forum is designed to be an informative session for local residents to learn about potential international strategies that could benefit the Georgetown community. No formal action will be taken by the city government during the session.
City residents are encouraged to attend the event in person at the Winyah Auditorium (1200 Highmarket Street).
