KDS Caine’s Mark Ratchford and Mark Masaschi win CoStar’s Q1 2026 Power Broker Quarterly Deals award

KDS Caine came out on top in the list of winners in the Upstate South Carolina market for the sale of the Anderson Farm and Reservoir, a 1,250-acre legacy property in Anderson County. The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.

Ratchford brings more than 38 years of real estate experience to his work, including two decades as a commercial real estate appraiser, and focuses on complex commercial projects, property entitlement and development.
