Taste INN Returns: Downtown Fountain Inn Set for

May 13, 2026

The Fountain Inn Chamber of Commerce has officially announced the return of Taste INN, the city’s premier community sampling experience. Scheduled for Saturday, May 23, 2026, the event is being billed as the “Roll Inn, Stroll Inn” edition, promising a full evening of food and festivities in the heart of the historic downtown district.

The culinary festival serves as the grand finale to a day of local celebration, kicking off immediately following the 3rd Annual Fountain Inn Golf Cart Parade.

A Community Sampling Experience

Sponsored by Prisma Health, Taste INN offers residents and visitors a chance to sample the diverse flavors of Fountain Inn’s local eateries. Participants can “stroll” through downtown or “roll” in on their golf carts to visit 20 different locations, each offering a unique bite that showcases the very best of the local food scene.

Event Highlights:

  • Date: Saturday, May 23, 2026

  • Time: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

  • Location: Downtown Fountain Inn

  • Family-Friendly: Children under 4 years old can participate for free but must be registered in advance.

Ticketing and Registration

To participate in the food samplings, attendees must purchase a ticket, which provides access to all participating vendor stations.

  • Early Bird Special: $30 (available through May 2nd)

  • General Admission: $40 (after May 2nd)

  • How to Purchase: Tickets are available via the Fountain Inn Chamber of Commerce website or the official Eventbrite listing.

The Fun Doesn’t Stop After the Parade

The event is strategically timed to capture the high energy of Memorial Day weekend. By pairing the sampling experience with the Golf Cart Parade (sponsored by Garrett’s Golf Carts), the Chamber aims to create a seamless transition from afternoon spectating to evening dining.

“We can think of no better time to bring Taste INN back to Fountain Inn,” the Chamber shared in a social media update. “The fun doesn’t stop after the parade—grab your friends and join us for the food!”

Economic and Community Impact

Events like Taste INN play a critical role in supporting the local economy by driving foot traffic directly into the storefronts of downtown businesses. For the “Shop INN” portion of the evening, many local boutiques are expected to remain open, allowing guests to browse between tasting stations.

As one of the most anticipated social gatherings of the spring, Taste INN continues to highlight Fountain Inn as a destination for both food lovers and families. With only 20 locations participating, tickets are expected to sell quickly. Local residents are encouraged to secure their “Early Bird” pricing to ensure they don’t miss out on this “uniquely memorable” evening.
