School’s Out, Game On: The Old Mill Arcade Celebrates Grand Opening in Fountain Inn

School is officially out for the summer, and a brand-new entertainment destination has arrived in the Golden Strip just in time to celebrate.
The Old Mill Arcade officially celebrated its grand opening on Friday, May 22, at The Mill at Fountain Inn, drawing local families, gamers, and residents eager to check out the area’s newest hangout spot.
Billed as a high-energy, family-friendly venue, the arcade kicked off its summer season with a packed launch event starting at 4:00 PM. To mark the grand opening, the venue featured free Mario Kart play on a massive big screen, allowing local gaming enthusiasts a chance to compete on the grandest stage possible.
In addition to the digital action, early attendees were treated to free ice cream for the first 30 arcade customers, alongside a crowd-pleasing dining special featuring $3 slices of cheese and pepperoni pizza.
The launch coincides perfectly with the end of the Greenville County academic school year, positioning the arcade as a go-to anchor for youth entertainment, weekend hangouts, and friendly neighborhood competition over the summer months.
Management also teased a major upcoming giveaway on social media, advising patrons to stay tuned for more community events and promotions as the season gets underway.
