Thornwell Seeks Volunteers for Summer Connections Camp

Thornwell, a cornerstone of Clinton’s community for more than 150 years, is calling on local volunteers to help make this summer a safe and memorable one for the children in its care.

The organization is seeking volunteers for its annual Connections Camp, a therapeutic program designed to help children develop relationship and social skills in a supportive environment. Scheduled for July 20-24 on the Thornwell campus in the heart of Clinton, the camp is an intentional space where youth can learn and grow through structured activities and community.

Connections Camp serves Thornwell students and prioritizes creating a fun, safe summer experience for children who benefit from therapeutic support. Volunteers play a direct role in making the camp possible, working alongside staff to engage campers throughout the week-long event.
