Turner Padget expands Charleston office with the addition of litigator Brian Hubacher

Turner Padget has added attorney Brian Hubacher as Of Counsel in its Charleston office, continuing the firm’s strategic growth and further strengthening its regionally-ranked litigation team.

Hubacher represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, construction defects, property line disputes, and defamation. He also handles probate and trust litigation and advises clients on estate planning matters, including wills and trusts, offering a comprehensive approach to issues that often overlap between disputes and long-term planning.

Before joining Turner Padget, Hubacher practiced with a boutique estate planning firm and a large regional defense firm, where he handled a broad array of complex legal matters.

Hubacher earned his undergraduate degrees in Microbiology and Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. He serves on the Board of Directors and Governance Committee for the Lowcountry Food Bank Foundation, supporting efforts to serve more than 200,000 individuals across coastal South Carolina.
