Fountain Inn Police Department Announces Return of Youth Summer Camps; Registration Closes Soon
June 1, 2026The Fountain Inn Police Department is launching its annual Kids Summer Camp program for the upcoming summer season, offering local elementary and middle school students a mix of outdoor adventure and character-building mentorship. Registration is currently open but closing quickly, with a hard deadline set for Saturday, June 6th.
Camp Sessions and Age Groups
The department has structured the camp into three separate week-long sessions tailored to specific grade levels:

June 22–26: Open to rising 3rd and 4th graders.

July 13–17: Open to a second cohort of rising 3rd and 4th graders.

July 27–31: Open to rising 5th and 6th graders.
Adventure, Leadership, and Life Lessons
Designed to foster positive relationships between local youth and law enforcement, the “Adventure Awaits” themed camps blend high-energy activities with foundational life skills.
In addition to traditional fun and games, the curriculum focuses on building self-confidence and teamwork skills. Campers will also participate in age-appropriate, interactive lessons addressing critical social challenges, including peer pressure, bullying, and the dangers of drugs and alcohol.
