Greenwood Association of Realtors Backs Shealy Campaign With $1,000 Contribution for House District 14

Rick Shealy, candidate for South Carolina House of Representatives District 14, today received a $1,000 campaign contribution from the Greenwood Association of Realtors, putting financial muscle behind the endorsement the organization awarded him earlier this month.
Shealy is the only recipient among the group who is not currently serving in the South Carolina House. The endorsement and contribution were awarded to candidates for local House seats whom the Association felt were best suited to protect personal property rights. Other recipients include Representatives Mark Willis, John McCravy, and Daniel Gibson — all current members of the House.
The Greenwood Association of Realtors also represents realtors from Laurens County, making the investment in Shealy’s campaign a direct statement of confidence in new leadership for District 14.
“It was an honor to receive a campaign contribution and endorsement from the Greenwood Association of Realtors for my candidacy for South Carolina House District 14,” said Shealy. “Protecting the rights of private property owners is a cornerstone of my platform, and I look forward to carrying that fight to the State House on behalf of the hardworking families and businesses of District 14.”
The Greenwood Association of Realtors conducted an extensive candidate interview panel to evaluate which candidates best align with their mission of protecting private property owner rights. Shealy rated the highest among all candidates interviewed for the District 14 seat.
South Carolina Realtors comprises 15 local Realtor associations statewide and is guided by the strict code of ethics established by the National Association of Realtors.
