June 3, 2026

New permanent location will expand access to relationship-based banking in the Upstate

Arthur State Bank, a locally owned community bank serving South Carolina since 1933, has officially broken ground on its new permanent branch in Fountain Inn. Expected to open in early 2027, the new location will expand access to Arthur State Bank’s personalized service, local decision-making and relationship-based banking
experience in one of the Upstate’s growing communities.

The new branch, located at 950 N. Main Street, will replace the bank’s current temporary Fountain Inn location at 106 N. Weston Street and will become Arthur State Bank’s 19th branch upon completion. The full-service location is designed to support individuals, families and businesses throughout Fountain Inn and the surrounding area.
Bank leadership, employees, community partners, local officials and supporters recently gathered at the future branch site to celebrate the start of construction and Arthur State Bank’s continued investment in the Fountain Inn community.

“Fountain Inn is a vibrant community with strong local connections, and we are proud to continue growing alongside the people and businesses who call it home,” said J. Carlisle Oxner III, Chairman and President of Arthur State Bank. “This new permanent branch strengthens our ability to serve customers with the personal relationships, local leadership and community-focused banking experience that have guided Arthur State Bank for generations.”

Autumn Dyer, Community Branch Manager, will lead the Fountain Inn team in providing the attentive service, trusted guidance and community banking experience Arthur State Bank is known for.
