Veteran Columbia real estate advisors James C. Harrison III, CCIM, and Coleman Davis have launched Harrison Capital Advisors, LLC, a commercial investment real estate advisory firm dedicated exclusively to investment real estate. The first of its kind in Columbia, the firm has a concentrated focus on representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition, and advisory of income-producing commercial assets throughout South Carolina and the greater Carolinas region.

Managing Partner Harrison (pictured right), who is also Broker-in-Charge, and firm partner Davis have a combined 42 years of commercial real estate experience and have handled more than $850 million in assets throughout their careers.
