Neil Jones named Chief Financial & Operating Officer of Colliers | South Carolina

Charleston/Columbia/Greenville/Spartanburg, SC  – Colliers | South Carolina announced the promotion of M. Neil Jones, CPA, CITP, to Chief Financial & Operating Officer. A member of the firm’s leadership team since 2013, Jones has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, business operations and executive leadership.

Jones joined the Colliers team in 2013 and most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. In his new role as CFOO, Jones is a key architect of Colliers | South Carolina’s long-term strategy. He serves on the company’s Board of Directors and Management Committee to translate the company’s vision into a sustainable, functional roadmap, ensuring fiscal integrity while empowering all service lines to maximize long-term revenue. He oversees several departments, including accounting and finance, business analytics, human resources and information systems and technology, and serves as the company’s risk manager and registered agent for legal matters.

Outside of work, Jones holds several leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Leadership South Carolina, Treasurer of Monday After the Masters Pro-Am Golf Tournament and a board member of the Midlands Technical College Foundation.

Jones is a 2001 graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management. He later earned designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). He is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Columbia and a 2014 graduate of Leadership South Carolina. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA).
