Laurens Police Department Now Hiring for Sergeant, Officer Positions
June 22, 2026The Laurens Police Department is accepting applications for two positions as it looks to grow its ranks.
The department is hiring for a police sergeant and a Class I police officer. The sergeant role involves leading, mentoring and supervising officers while helping shape the future of the department and community. The Class I police officer position is open to those looking to begin or continue a law enforcement career with a department committed to service, professionalism and community engagement.
