BridgeWay Station to Celebrate America’s 250th Birthday with Community Flag Display and 15-Minute Fireworks Finale
June 22, 2026BridgeWay Station is gearing up for a major multi-hour Independence Day celebration honoring the nation’s semiquincentennial. The development, located at 1000 BridgeWay Boulevard, has announced a full day of family-focused activities to mark 250 years of American freedom.
The event, proudly sponsored by Prisma Health, will feature an extensive lineup of entertainment, including live music, a “Red, White & BBQ” vendor fair, a firetruck splash zone, inflatables, face painting, and balloon artists. The day’s festivities are scheduled to culminate in an epic 15-minute fireworks finale.
‘Sea of Stars & Stripes’ Community Flag Display
In addition to the day’s entertainment, organizers are inviting community members to help create a massive “Sea of Stars & Stripes” patriotic display across the property. For $30, individuals, families, and local businesses can sponsor a 2′ x 3′ American flag to honor a veteran, recognize a loved one, or showcase community pride.
Each sponsored flag will be paired with a personalized yard sign featuring the sponsor’s family name, business, or custom message of up to 40 characters. The comprehensive community-wide display will be officially erected and visible throughout BridgeWay Station from July 1 through July 8.
Important Sponsorship and Event Guidelines
The $30 fee strictly covers the sponsorship of the display itself and does not include ownership or physical pickup of the flag afterward.
Due to the custom nature of the program, all flag sponsorships are final, with no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations permitted. This strict policy remains in effect regardless of personal scheduling conflicts, inclement weather conditions, or unexpected adjustments to the event program. Furthermore, BridgeWay Station reserves the right to temporarily remove, relocate, or modify the layout of the flag display to ensure public safety or protect the items during severe weather events.
