Fountain Inn Youth Softball Teams Earn Top Finishes in Regional Tournaments

The City of Fountain Inn is proud to recognize several Fountain Inn Recreation softball teams for their outstanding performances in recent regional tournament play.
Teams competed in both the Upstate Softball Classic Tournament at Sunset Park in Mauldin and the SCAP District Tournament in Westminster, representing Fountain Inn with excellence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Tournament Highlights
8U Team placed 3rd out of 10 teams
10U Team finished Runner-Up in the Upstate Softball Classic and placed 3rd out of 11 teams at districts
12U Team captured the title of Upstate Softball Classic Champions and also competed in the SCAP District Tournament
“These accomplishments reflect the dedication and hard work of our athletes, coaches, and families,” said James Rice, Recreation Director. “We are proud to see our youth representing Fountain Inn at such a high level while developing skills, confidence, and a love for the game.”
