Big Fuss Fresh Food Brings Made-From-Scratch Meals to Simpsonville

June 28, 2026

A Simpsonville food truck is giving the community a fresh reason to skip the drive-thru.

Big Fuss Fresh Food, owned and operated by Mark and Angie, serves made-from-scratch meals from a food truck stationed at Prosperity Farms LLC, located at 358 S. Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville. The truck is open Thursday and Friday from 4:30 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 7 p.m.

The couple recently expanded their offerings with the launch of Big Fuss Fresh Meals, a line of balanced, ready-to-heat meals designed to make busy weeks easier without sacrificing flavor. Customers can pre-order the fresh meals by Friday and pick them up on Sunday at the commissary.

“We’re passionate about serving fresh, flavorful food made with high-quality ingredients, right down to our sauces,” the owners said.
Mark has been part of the Simpsonville community for more than 30 years, and the couple said building Big Fuss Fresh Food in the area has been a rewarding experience. They pointed to the relationships they have formed as one of the most meaningful parts of the work.

“One of the best parts of what we do is getting to know so many wonderful people in our community,” they said.
Whether customers stop by the truck Thursday through Saturday or pick up meals for the week, the owners said their mission stays the same: serve delicious food, make life a little easier, and treat every customer like family.

Weekly menus, photos, and additional information are available on the Big Fuss Fresh Food Facebook page.
