Rotary Club of Mauldin Announces Date for Annual Tim Brett Memorial Charity Golf Tournament
June 29, 2026Local golfers and community supporters are hitting the links this fall to carry on a proud tradition of local fellowship and philanthropy.
The Rotary Club of Mauldin has officially announced that registration is open for its annual charity golf tournament, which will take place on Monday, September 28th.
This year’s event returns as the Annual Tim Brett Memorial Charity Golf Tournament, named in honor of the late community leader, local business owner, and dedicated Rotarian. The event serves as one of the club’s premier fundraising initiatives of the year, bringing together regional business professionals, avid golfers, and community advocates for a day on the course dedicated to raising funds for local impact projects.
Openings for Teams and Sponsors
Organizers are actively calling on the Upstate community to get involved, with openings available for players of all skill levels. Registration is currently open for both full team spots and individual player entries.
In addition to players, the Rotary Club is seeking corporate and local business sponsors to help maximize the tournament’s charitable reach. A variety of sponsorship tiers are available, offering local businesses a high-visibility opportunity to support the community while showcasing their services to participants from across the Golden Strip area.
Playing for a Purpose
Proceeds from the annual tournament directly fund the Rotary Club of Mauldin’s extensive service projects, student scholarships, and charitable donations throughout the year. True to the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self,” the club regularly invests back into the local community by supporting area schools, food security initiatives, and community development efforts.
Interested golfers, teams, and prospective business sponsors are encouraged to secure their spots early, as field space is limited to ensure a smooth pace of play on tournament day.
