Hotel Hartness transitions to owner management

Hotel Hartness, the award-winning luxury boutique hotel located within the Hartness community, has transitioned to owner management, concluding its agreement with Hay Creek Hotels and bringing operations fully in-house.
The move represents a natural evolution for the property as Hotel Hartness continues to build on its reputation as one of the Southeast’s premier hospitality destinations. Direct management will allow ownership to further align operations, guest experiences and long-term planning with the vision that has defined the Hartness brand since its inception.

Hotel Hartness has been named among the top hotels in the country and around the world by leading travel publications, including a spot on Travel + Leisure‘s 2026 T+L 500 list.
