Greenville Chamber welcomes new Director of LaunchGVL

The Greenville Chamber announced that Alex Fagan has joined the organization as Director of LaunchGVL.

LaunchGVL is a partnership between the Greenville Chamber and Greenville County Schools that connects high school students with paid internships. In this role, Alex will work closely with employers, educators and community partners to expand opportunities for students to gain valuable workplace experience and develop the skills needed for future career success.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Alex served as the Program Coordinator for Curriculum at Furman University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). He was also a teacher at Greenville High School for more than a decade, where he was named Outstanding Teacher of the Year in 2022.
