The Creative Community and Career Center 4 Autism joins The Harbor Entrepreneur Center
June 30, 2026Bringing Neurodivergent Workforce Training and Community Impact to Charleston’s Entrepreneurial Hub
C4 Autism, a peer‑led neurodivergent community and career center, has officially joined The Harbor Entrepreneur Center as a resident organization. The move brings a new pipeline of trained, motivated neurodivergent adults into Charleston’s innovation ecosystem.
C4 prepares neurodivergent adults for meaningful careers through hands‑on skill building, entrepreneurial coaching, and real‑world work experience. As part of its residency, C4 members will be available for internships, community service projects and operational support for The Harbor companies.
“We’re training the next generation of neurodivergent workers and entrepreneurs, and The Harbor is the perfect place for them to grow, contribute, and shine.” said founder Toni Boucher. “Our members bring exceptional focus, creativity, and integrity—qualities that strengthen any organization. As such, we are excited to be a part of The Harbor’s mission of collision.”
C4 will operate from its new Harbor location beginning July 1, offering workshops, peer‑support, and collaborative opportunities for companies seeking to build more inclusive and effective teams.
