Twin Rivers Capital expands Property Management team

Twin Rivers Capital, LLC announced the expansion of its Property Management team with the addition of two new team members.
Olivia Pinto joins Twin Rivers Capital as Property Manager. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of the company’s managed assets, including office properties throughout Charleston and a diverse portfolio of single- and multi-tenant retail properties across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. She works closely with tenants, vendors, and ownership to ensure properties are professionally managed and maintained.
Twin Rivers Capital also welcomes Michael Carney as Maintenance Manager. In this role, he oversees the daily maintenance of the company’s managed assets. He works proactively across multiple sites to ensure the portfolio is well maintained and continues to meet the highest standards.
The expansion of the Property Management team reflects Twin Rivers Capital’s continued growth and commitment to providing exceptional service across its portfolio.
