Responsibilities: Under the general direction of the Residential Director, the House Manager is responsible for the consumers, the staff, and the home. The House Manager will provide the necessary support for the consumers, to include health and safety, the implementation and monitoring of support plans, and daily training and documentation. The House Manager will manage direct support staff, staff schedules, staff training, grocery shopping, medical appointments, budges, and maintenance
needs.
Requirements: High School diploma and two years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities, preferably with at least one year of supervisory experience, or an associate’s degree and one year of experience in the field of human services, or a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
Preferred experience should include management/supervision.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily 1st shift.
Wage: $19.00 per hour
