Pathwise Launches Opportunity Works to Connect Businesses with Flexible Work Crews

June 30, 2026

Pathwise has introduced Opportunity Works, a new program that offers flexible group employment services to local businesses that need extra help without the commitment of hiring additional staff.

Through Opportunity Works, Pathwise provides work crews made up of two to six individuals, each supported by a Pathwise supervisor who oversees the crew and handles any necessary coordination. The arrangement allows businesses to focus on the work that needs to be done while Pathwise manages the details.

The program is built around flexibility. Services are available on an as-needed basis with scheduling that adapts to each business, whether the job calls for two people for a single hour or a larger crew for an ongoing project.

Opportunity Works crews can assist with a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Janitorial and cleaning crews
  • Retail stocking and recovery
  • Warehouse sorting, packaging, assembly and production
  • Recycling and shredding services
  • Food service support, including dishwashing, prep and dining room cleaning
  • Hotel housekeeping support
  • Mailroom and office support tasks
  • Manufacturing and light industrial work

The program reflects Pathwise’s mission of connecting individuals with meaningful work while providing dependable support to employers throughout the community.
