Rôtie by Stella’s Announces Schedule Shift for Popular

July 6, 2026

A favorite midweek dining tradition in Mauldin is getting a calendar shakeup. Rôtie by Stella’s, the classic French rotisserie and Southern-inspired eatery located at Bridgeway Station, has announced that its signature “Girl Dinner” night is officially changing days.

For months, the weekly event has served as a staple Wednesday night ritual for local diners. However, beginning July 28th, the restaurant will move the promotion up by 24 hours, shifting it permanently to Tuesdays.

Promised by management to deliver the “same girl dinner, same vibes, new night,” the special allows patrons to kick off their weeknight gatherings one day sooner. The recurring event features a curated $20 menu that includes a Caesar salad, fries, and an assortment of grazing bites. Alongside the food specials, the restaurant features beverage deals tailored for the evening, including $6 dirty Martinis and $5 glasses of bubbles.

The transition to Tuesday nights consolidates the restaurant’s early-week specialty lineups, joining their existing weekday promotions and lunch features.

Guests planning to attend the first Tuesday installment of the updated schedule on July 28th are encouraged to arrive early or secure reservations, as the popular neighborhood ritual is expected to draw its usual lively crowds to the Bridgeway Station dining room.
