NAI Charleston facilitates sale of service facility in Summerville

NAI Charleston announced the successful sale of 219 Old Summerville Road, Summerville, SC 29486, a ±2,000 SF office/warehouse facility situated on ±1.32 AC.
Whit Jones of NAI Charleston represented the seller, June Richardson Services LLC, in the transaction.
Constructed in 2009, the property has served as the longtime home of Carolina Lenders Service, which operated from the location continuously since the building was developed. Following the sale, the property will be repurposed under its new ownership, marking the next chapter for the well-maintained industrial service facility.
The sale comes as the owner retired after years of successfully operating the business from the property.
Strategically positioned between Nexton and Carnes Crossroads, 219 Old Summerville Rd offers easy access to two of the Charleston area’s fastest-growing master-planned communities, allowing the new owner to capitalize on one of the region’s most dynamic growth corridors.
