July 9, 2026

The American Council of Engineering Companies of South Carolina (ACEC-SC) recognized 26 graduates of its 2025-26 Future Leaders Program during the South Carolina Engineering Conference & Trade Show in June.

The Future Leaders Program is ACEC-SC’s premier leadership development initiative, designed to prepare high-performing professionals for future leadership roles within their firms, communities and the engineering profession.

Over the course of 10 months, participants completed training focused on leadership, project management, business development, financial management, advocacy, government affairs, ethics and risk management. The program also provides opportunities for participants to build relationships with peers from engineering firms across South Carolina.
