EO Charleston announces Board Members

EO Charleston has announced its current board members, a group of entrepreneurs and business leaders who will help guide the chapter’s learning, member experience, strategic partnerships, community engagement, finance, forum, and marketing and communications efforts.

The board includes leaders from across the Charleston business community, representing industries including home inspection, creative strategy, branded merchandise, digital marketing, specialty food, nonprofit and communications consulting, tourism, technology, and organizational leadership.

Jeff Luther will serve as President and Learning Chair. Luther is the founder of Home Probe Inc., one of the Southeast’s most referred home inspection companies, and founder of All Can, No Can’t. In his board role, he leads efforts to create meaningful experiences that inspire members to think differently, challenge themselves, and grow as entrepreneurs and as people.

Konrad Nierwinski will serve as Strategic Alliance Partnership Chair. Nierwinski is the co-founder of CreativeWorks and co-founder and CEO of TagLife. He brings nearly two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and business leadership to building authentic, mutually beneficial relationships that strengthen the chapter and enhance the member experience.

Michelle Harris will serve as Marketing and Communications Chair. Harris is the founder and CEO of Karst, a Charleston-based agency that helps organizations turn branded merchandise into a strategic extension of their brand. She brings more than two decades of experience in storytelling, creative strategy, and memorable brand experiences to sharing the chapter’s story, celebrating its members, and fostering connections across the entrepreneurial community.

Brennan Smith will serve as Membership Chair. Smith is the co-founder of Flying V Group and is serving his second term as Membership Chair. He will focus on helping prospective members discover the value of EO and connect with a community where they can learn, grow, and build lasting relationships.

Haig Berberian will serve as Member Engagement Chair. Berberian is the founder and CEO of Specialty Food Solutions, a founding member of EO Charleston, and a past president of the chapter. In his role, he will focus on creating experiences that strengthen connections, encourage participation, and help members find lasting value in their EO journey.

Jessica Munday will serve as Finance Chair. Munday is the founder and CEO of TRIO, co-founder of Cloud Nine Nonprofit Advisors, and co-owner of Full Circle Fishing Charters. A founding member of EO Charleston and former Chapter President, she brings decades of entrepreneurial leadership and a focus on smart systems, thoughtful stewardship, and long-term growth.

John LaVerne will serve as Community Engagement Chair. LaVerne is the founder of Bulldog Tours and a founding member of EO Charleston. Serving another term as Community Engagement Chair, he will continue strengthening relationships between EO Charleston and the organizations, institutions, and leaders that shape the region.

Brian Anderson will serve as Forum Chair. Anderson is the founder of ADVYON, a technology company that helps small businesses grow through smarter communication and technology solutions. In his role, he will support the Forum experience and help foster trusted peer connections among members.

Shani Godwin serves as US East Area Director. Godwin is the founder and CEO of Communiqué USA and creator of the JOY Economics® platform. A former president of EO Atlanta and longtime EO volunteer leader, she serves as a link between EO Charleston and the broader EO network, bringing regional perspective, leadership experience, and best practices from across the organization.

 

EO Charleston brings together entrepreneurs for connection, learning, peer support, and leadership growth.
