Trinity Partners completes sale of Columbia dental office

Trinity Partners announced the successful sale of a ±2,915 square foot medical office property located at 392 Saint Andrews Road in Columbia, SC.
The property, formerly home to the dental practice of Dr. James Nyland, DDS, has served the surrounding community for many years and offers a highly visible location along one of Columbia’s established commercial corridors.
