With offices in Columbia, Greenville, and Charleston, this role offers the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely while traveling throughout the state to build meaningful relationships and connect donors with ABVI’s life-changing mission.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of 100–150 major donors and prospects.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors capable of giving $5,000+ annually, focusing on gifts of $10,000+.
• Conduct 25+ meaningful donor visits and strategic contacts each month.
• Develop personalized donor engagement strategies and prepare proposals, presentations, and stewardship reports.
• Partner with ABVI leadership, board members, and volunteers to advance major gift opportunities and campaign readiness.
• Represent ABVI at donor meetings, community events, and fundraising activities throughout the state.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of successful fundraising experience.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and donor engagement skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and donor databases, plus willingness to travel throughout the state.
