Cohn Construction completes new production facility for WiJo Pouches North America

Cohn Construction has completed a new 30,000 SF facility for WiJo Pouches North America, Inc., establishing the company’s first production facility in North America.
The space includes 13,000 SF of air-locked, fully climate-controlled production areas capable of supporting up to seven pouch lines, along with a dedicated cleanroom and sanitization areas that help maintain controlled production conditions.
The project was delivered on an aggressive design and construction timeline to meet the customer’s critical production commitments. The accelerated schedule required close coordination between the project team and WiJo Pouches, with all efforts aligned around the company’s launch goals and operational readiness.
