  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Thomas Beard, SIOR and John Peebles, SIOR represented Weston Inc. in the lease of 109,618 square feet of industrial space at 235 Standard Warehouse in Lugoff to Sterlite Technologies.
  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Thomas Beard, SIOR and John Peebles, SIOR represented Weston Inc. in the lease of 98,536 square feet of industrial space at 218 Evans Road in Lugoff to DSV Contract Logistics.
  • Tyler Teal represented VAD Columbia LLC in the purchase of an 11.58-acre industrial outdoor storage site on Marley Drive in Columbia for $750,000.
