G3 Engineering & Surveying strengthens executive leadership team with key operations promotions

Brady Gantt, P.E., and Bruce Robinson, P.E., P.L.S., assume expanded executive leadership roles.
As G3 Engineering & Surveying continues its strategic growth throughout the Southeast, the firm has strengthened its executive leadership team with the promotions of Brady Gantt, P.E., and Bruce Robinson, P.E., P.L.S., both to Vice Presidents of Operations with key focus areas for the firm.
Gantt will continue serving as Pawleys Island Branch Manager, leading G3’s strategic operations, organizational growth, business development and administrative operational planning. Robinson will continue as Myrtle Beach Branch Manager, providing executive leadership for project delivery, technical operations, project management, and operational excellence across the organization.
The promotions reflect G3’s continued investment in leadership from within while expanding its executive structure to support the firm’s long-term growth strategy. Together, Gantt and Robinson will provide complementary leadership that strengthens both the business and technical operations of the company.
Brady Gantt, P.E.
Brady’s career is a reflection of G3’s commitment to developing leaders from within. He joined the firm while pursuing his civil engineering degree at Clemson University and has grown alongside the company into one of its most respected engineering and operational leaders.
Over the past decade, Brady has successfully managed complex civil engineering, stormwater management and land development projects throughout the coastal Carolinas while helping shape many of the operational processes that support G3’s continued growth. As a licensed Professional Engineer, he has earned a reputation for combining technical excellence with collaborative leadership and a steadfast commitment to client service.
In his expanded executive role, Brady will continue leading G3’s Pawleys Island office while overseeing strategic operations, organizational development, along with business development and administrative initiatives that support the firm’s continued expansion across the Southeast.
Bruce Robinson, P.E., P.L.S.
Bruce Robinson brings more than three decades of engineering and surveying experience to his expanded leadership role. As both a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor, he offers a rare multidisciplinary perspective that has helped shape G3’s technical reputation throughout South Carolina.
Throughout his career, Bruce has successfully guided complex transportation, municipal, utility, commercial and land development projects from initial concept to construction. His practical, solutions-driven approach and commitment to technical excellence have earned the trust of clients, public agencies and project teams alike.
While continuing to lead G3’s Myrtle Beach office, Bruce will oversee project delivery, technical operations, project management and quality initiatives across the organization, helping ensure consistency, efficiency and excellence throughout every phase of project execution.
