Sadler-Hughes Apothecary serves up a back-to-school treat
August 5, 2026Backpacks, bus routes, early alarms. A new school year asks a lot of everybody, and a few weeks in is right about when the novelty wears off. Sadler-Hughes Apothecary has a fix, and it is cold and free.
The Clinton pharmacy will hand out back-to-school sweet treats from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, at 102 Jacobs Highway, courtesy of Pebbles Ice Cream. No purchase and no catch. Just stop by the store and get a scoop!
Sadler-Hughes Apothecary is known around town for treating customers less like transactions and more like family, and this is that spirit in scoop form. Parents deep into the homework and permission slip season may find it hits the spot just as much as the kids do.
Calendars out. It’s a Thursday afternoon, August 20th, it’s free, and it’s ice cream. See you there.
