Cohn Construction completes campus expansion for Patterson Fan Co.
August 18, 2026Cohn Construction has completed its fourth design-build project for Patterson Fan Co., expanding the production facility for the Blythewood-based manufacturer.
The 14,100 SF expansion was completed while the campus remained fully operational. Cohn Construction coordinated each phase of work around the company’s daily activities, allowing production to continue with minimal disruption throughout construction.
Each of the four projects has supported a new stage of Patterson Fan’s growth. The continued partnership reflects the trust between the two companies and Patterson Fan’s decision to continue bringing Cohn Construction alongside its team as the manufacturer grows.
