According to Georgetown County, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Charleston District, in partnership with contractor Southern Dredging, has officially wrapped up the Georgetown Harbor maintenance dredging project. The two-month, $3.5 million effort marks the first major dredging operation in the inner harbor since 2008.
