Beach Commercial expands sales division with new hire

Beach Commercial, LLC, Charleston’s leading commercial brokerage firm specializing in leasing and investment sales, announced the latest addition to the firm’s growing sales team.
Robert Swanson joins Beach Commercial as a Sales Associate at the firm’s headquarters in The Jasper in Charleston, SC. In his role, Swanson will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across the Charleston market, drawing on his background in deal structuring and market research.
A native of Myrtle Beach, SC, Swanson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Furman University. Swanson holds prior real estate sales experience with Roadstead Real Estate Advisors, LLC and Maymont Homes.
