Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Hospice House team in Clinton, South Carolina. We currently have opportunities available for both day shift and night shift nursesworking three 12-hour shifts per week.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses while supporting their families and loved ones. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, coordinate services, and ensure the highest quality of hospice care is delivered in a supportive Hospice House environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current, active, and unrestricted Compact (Multistate) Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• CHPN certification preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related nursing experience for inpatient unit positions.
• Experience providing direct care to patients with life-limiting illnesses required.
• Relevant experience may include:
  • Hospice and Palliative Care
  • Home Health
  • Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Geriatrics
  • Oncology
  • Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Strong computer proficiency required.
