Chamber’s Before Hours networking returns Oct. 1 at the historic courthouse
September 1, 2026The Laurens County Chamber of Commerce will host its next Before Hours Networking event Thursday, Oct. 1, from 8 to 10 a.m. at the newly renovated Historic Laurens County Courthouse, 200 W. Public Square in Laurens.
The morning gathering invites chamber members and area business professionals to connect over coffee and conversation before the workday begins. Organizers say the October event carries an added draw, giving attendees a first look at one of the county’s most recognizable landmarks following its restoration.
The courthouse anchors the Laurens Public Square and has served as a centerpiece of downtown for generations. Its renovation has been one of the county’s most watched projects in recent years, and the chamber is using the Before Hours format to open the doors to the business community.
Before Hours Networking is a recurring chamber program built around its stated mission to convene, empower and strengthen the local business community. The events rotate among member businesses and community sites, giving hosts a chance to showcase their space while attendees build relationships that often turn into referrals, partnerships and new customers.
The event is open to the public, and those interested in learning more about chamber membership are encouraged to attend.
Additional details are available through the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce.
