Launchpad opens Tech Village, flagship startup campus in Greenville

The historic Pepsi Lab reopens as a home for the next generation of tech founders, with 24 private offices and 24 dedicated desks now available for membership

Launchpad Tech Ventures announced today that Tech Village, its members-only startup campus and new headquarters, is officially open for business at 25 Goldsmith Street, Suite I, in Greenville. The company celebrated the milestone with a grand opening and ribbon cutting on August 20.

Tech Village occupies the historic Pepsi Lab, a landmark of Greenville’s industrial past now repurposed for a new generation of innovation. The 6,000-square-foot campus offers 24 private offices and 24 dedicated desks for founders and teams in the Launchpad community, alongside structured programming, capital access, and embedded technical execution.

“Greenville has strong early-stage activity. What it has needed is density,” said Alan Blakeborough, President of Launchpad. “Tech Village puts founders, operators, and capital under one roof, inside a building that has been part of Greenville’s story for generations. We built this for the companies that will write the next chapter.”

Tech Village serves as the first fully integrated expression of the Launchpad model, which already operates incubator and accelerator programs across four South Carolina locations. Members gain workspace at the campus along with access to Launchpad’s programming and network of founders, mentors, and investors.
