Terracon promotes Barnabas Bwambale to senior associate

Terracon, a national consulting engineering firm has promoted Barnabas Bwambale, Ph.D., P.E., to senior associate. He works in the firm’s Columbia office, 521 Clemson Rd.
Bwambale serves as a senior engineer and geotechnical department manager and has more than 15 years of experience in research, teaching and professional engineering practice. His expertise includes geotechnical and seismic engineering.
In his role, Bwambale leads geotechnical projects, advises clients and oversees the quality of technical work. He also mentors engineers and supports their professional development.
Bwambale received a Ph.D. in civil (geotechnical) engineering from Clemson University and a master’s degree in civil (transportation) engineering and bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda
