Trinity Partners completes sale of office building in Columbia

Trinity Partners announced the successful sale of 1717 St. Julian Place(opens in new tab). The free-standing office building is approximately 3,760 square feet and is located in Middleburg Business Park in Columbia, South Carolina.
The property was acquired by Strategix Group, LLC, owner and operator of TRC Staffing Solutions, a leading staffing firm in the Midlands.
Middleburg Business Park offers a central Columbia location with convenient access to downtown Columbia and Forest Acres.
Bruce Harper, Founding Partner of Trinity Partners South Carolina, represented the purchaser in the transaction. The seller was represented by John Mills and Sam Gamble of Wilson Kibler.
