Experienced attorneys open Palmetto Accident Law

Two skilled, experienced trial attorneys committed to serving injured South Carolina residents throughout the state have opened Palmetto Accident Law(opens in new tab), with offices in Columbia and Charleston.

Attorneys Sydney Lynn and Sarah Khouri, both with deep roots in South Carolina, founded the firm. Their goal is to provide clients with the quality legal services they need and the personal attention they deserve when they’re struggling with the physical, financial, and emotional weight of suffering due to someone else’s negligence.

The firm’s cases include wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, car accidents, trucking and other commercial vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, workplace injuries, and workers’ compensation cases.

Co-founder Sydney Lynn offers clients legal skills honed in courtrooms and at negotiating tables. A graduate of the Charleston School of Law, her honors include a past Best Lawyers in America® Lawyer of the Year for the Columbia area for her work in Insurance Litigation.

“We all deserve to feel worthy and valued,” Lynn said. “By standing up to companies that put profits before people, my goal is to level the playing field for victims.”

Co-founder Sarah Khouri brings a well-rounded perspective to workers’ compensation cases. A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, she formerly worked as a defense attorney representing insurance companies. That insight is invaluable to the injured workers she now represents.

“It’s a lot more rewarding to fight for people rather than defend big corporations,” Khouri said. “I know how insurance companies look at cases, and I use that knowledge to fight for my clients.”

Together, Lynn and Khouri have created a women-led firm committed to supporting clients as they fight to recover physically and financially from their injuries.
