Trinity Partners completes sale of multi-tenant retail property

Trinity Partners announced the successful sale of 2930 Devine Street and 618 Sims Avenue, a fully occupied multi-tenant retail property located in Columbia, South Carolina.
Totaling approximately 19,615 square feet, the property is prominently positioned at the corner of Devine Street and Sims Avenue in the heart of Columbia’s popular Devine Street District. The location offers convenient access to Five Points, downtown Columbia, and surrounding residential neighborhoods.
The property was 100% occupied at the time of the sale by a diverse mix of established restaurant and retail tenants, including Arabesque on Devine, Best Mattress, Eggs Up Grill, and Za’s on Devine. Its strong tenant mix and highly visible location along the Devine Street corridor contributed to the property’s appeal as an investment opportunity.
