Interim HealthCare of the Upstate and Midlands earns national recognition for excellence in home health and hospice care

Interim HealthCare of the Upstate and Midlands has earned two national recognitions for quality and patient experience across both markets, with its Home Health and Hospice teams receiving awards from Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) and Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Interim HealthCare earned the 2025 SHPBest™ Superior Performer Patient Experience Award, placing its Home Health teams among the top 20% of eligible SHP home health providers nationwide for patient experience. The recognition reflects patient feedback about their care and provides an important measure of how well home health providers are meeting patient needs and expectations.

The organization also earned the 2026 HCHB Hospice Quality Award, recognizing its Hospice teams for achieving a perfect 100 in the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) under HCHB’s award criteria. The recognition reflects performance in nationally reported hospice quality measures designed to help patients and families understand the care provided and make more informed decisions when choosing a hospice provider.
