Serve for a Cause: Dinkin’ Donuts Pickleball Tournament Slated for Nov. 21 at Pickle Yard Mauldin

October 5, 2026

Upstate pickleball players of all skill levels will have a chance to turn their court skills into community support this fall as non-profit organization RIZE Prevention hosts its inaugural Dinkin’ Donuts Pickleball Tournament.

Scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 21, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Pickle Yard Mauldin, the morning tournament blends the fast-growing sport with a lighthearted, social atmosphere—complete with donuts, friendly rivalry, and a mission centered on youth advocacy. Whether players arrive with a practiced third-shot drop or simply want a fun Saturday morning workout with friends, the event welcomes partners looking to compete and connect for a purpose.

Team entry is $100 per two-person team. Every dollar raised directly funds RIZE Prevention’s ongoing programs delivered across Upstate schools and community hubs. The organization specializes in proactive, peer-focused substance misuse prevention, mental health education, and leadership development designed to equip teens and young adults with decision-making tools before crises occur.

By taking the court, participants directly help expand youth workshops, classroom presentations, and family outreach resources throughout the region.

Area businesses and community partners can also get involved beyond playing. RIZE Prevention has opened a variety of corporate sponsorship packages, including court sponsorships and banner placements, allowing local brands to showcase their support for adolescent mental wellness and substance-free youth initiatives.

Player spots are limited to ensure smooth court rotations and bracket play throughout the four-hour morning window. Both team registrations and sponsorship opportunities can be secured online at rizeprevention.org.
