Friends of the Georgetown Library to host book sale at the Wooden Boat Show!
October 12, 2026
Join the Friends of the Georgetown Library this Saturday, October 17th, at the Annual Wooden Boat Show! The group will be serving as a vendor on Front Street (in front of Tomlinson’s) from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or until books sell out!).
There will be an excellent mix of maritime-related fiction and nonfiction, plus rare and unusual finds. As is their custom, the books are affordably priced with paperbacks priced at $1 and hardbacks at $3. Rare and special books are priced separately.
All proceeds directly support the children’s and youth reading programs at the Georgetown Library. Stop by, find your next great read, and support our local library!
