The Division Dean for Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences is responsible to the Vice President for Academic Affairs for the development and management of an assigned academic division (Arts & Sciences, Business Technologies, Industrial Technology, or Health Sciences). Responsibilities also include the supervision of all faculty and staff assigned that division, the promotion and operation of all full and part-time programs related to the division, divisional marketing and evaluation activities, and providing instruction to students within the areas of instructional development, teaching performance, student advisement, professional development, college/community service and instructional management.
Master’s Degree required, Doctorate Degree preferred, in area appropriate to the instructional division with demonstrated skills in teaching, curriculum development, and/or educational management in higher education.
